On May 6, 2026, we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone: the topping-out ceremony for our new company facility, which includes a production hall and an office building.
At the start of the event, we worked together to prepare and fill our time capsule—with memories, impressions, and messages from the present day.
It is intended to provide insight into the history and development of ORPU Pumpenfabrik GmbH for many years to come and to serve as a symbol of progress, unity, and the future.
Our managing directors, Holger Zutz and Ronny Kunkel, then welcomed the many guests. In their remarks, they emphasized the significance of the new building for the future of our company: With the new production facility and modern office space, we are laying the groundwork for further growth, optimized production processes, and a modern work environment for our employees.
Another special moment was when Ronny Kunkel and Holger Zutz buried the time capsule together—a symbolic step toward the future.
Together with FREYLER Industriebau and other guests, we then celebrated our topping-out ceremony and toasted another important milestone for ORPU Pumpenfabrik GmbH.
The new production facility will be used to manufacture high-quality pump systems and customized solutions for the chemical, environmental, and process engineering industries. With this new facility, we are expanding our capacity and creating the ideal conditions to continue ensuring the highest quality standards and innovative solutions for our customers in the future.
